The External Dissemination of your EEO policy statement is one of the most important aspects of your Good Faith Efforts.

According to 1E02, if the external Dissemination of your EEO policy is missing, compliance officers (CO) automatically consider the submission unacceptable. This helps you show your Good Faith Efforts in regards to the following regulations:
